At The Champion Group we are proud of the local area and its history. 21 years ago we constructed the plinth for the Blue Coat Boy statue in Church Street.
It was with great pleasure that we returned last week to carry out some much needed maintenance on behalf of the Basingstoke Heritage Society.
The statue bears our company name and is a landmark in the town so we were more than happy to assist in giving the "old boy" the plinth he deserves!
Following on from the success of our development at Vyne Road, Champion Homes are delighted to announce hat we have secured another local development site.
Situated on Roberts Road, Barton Stacey, we have full planning permission for the construction of four 4 bedroom detached homes.
As standard, the properties will be finished with the normal "Champion" stamp and as such we are likely to receive substantial interest prior to marketing.
With a build timeline of approximately 6 months we anticipate the properties being ready by the autumn of 2015.
We are incredibly proud to announce that Champion Build have been shortlisted for the 2015 South East Regional LABC Building Excellence Awards in the Best Small New Housing Development category.
The nomination which was given for the Vyne Road development is testament to the quality of the development and also judges on construction management, health & safety and sustainability.
More information on this (and all of our developments) are available from our Champion Homes Website.
The awards are to be held in Brighton on 19th June 2015, if we are successful we will represent the region at the national awards in London in November.
Check back soon to find out how we get on.
